Q). Can I find what the PINsafe Agent Shared Secret?

A). No the Agent Shared Secret is encrypted. A new one can however be created.

Q). Does PINsafe have a User Limit?

A). PINsafe may scale to huge numbers if an external database is used. The Administration console will usually display up to 10,000 users at one time with relevant user information found through filtering.

Q). Md5?

A). PINsafe uses Md5 for RADIUS authentication for EAP and CHAP authentication. Also files that are downloaded from Swivel Secure often include a md5 so that the downloaded file can be verified as complete and as supplied in its original form. see md5
