Q). What is the RADIUS server Groups option ?

A). This will return all the groups that a member is part of.

Q). How do I set the PINsafe server to respond to RADIUS requsest on any of its interfaces

A). Set the RADIUS server IP as 0.0.0.0 or leave the entry blank

Q). Can I enter IP ranges for NAS entries

A). Currently No, each NAS must be entered manually (this may change in a future release)

Q). I am using RADIUS with the Mobile Phone Client or Swivlet/Dual Channel. Why is authentication failing?

A). For RADIUS protocols other than PAP, you must use ALL security strings in the correct order. If you miss any, you can get out of sync with the server. The solution is then to request a new set of strings.

Q). Can PINsafe Proxy RADIUS requests to other PINsafe servers

A). Yes with PINsafe 3.7 onwards

Q). Can I find what the Shared secrets is set to?

A). No they are encrypted, but you can set it to a new value
