Overview

If the Swivel server is not shutdown properly it may leave a lock file (.lck) in the /home/swivel/.swivel/db/pinsafe and a on restart, it appears the Swivel database is in use.


Prerequisites

Swivel Appliance 2.x


Symptoms

Swivel does not start


Solution

Using the CMI or WinSCP Look for and remove any .lck file in the folder /home/swivel/.swivel/db/pinsafe
