Deleted User

Overview

A deleted user will appear in the Swivel Administration console as a user with the line through the name. The user may be removed using a Purge or reinstated with Undelete, see User Administration How to guide and also Delete a Swivel user.

Deleted user unavailable options

The following options are unavailable for a deleted user

Edit is greyed out and not selectable

Policy is greyed out and not selectable

Reset PIN is greyed out and not selectable

Reset Password is greyed out and not selectable

View Strings is greyed out and not selectable

Send String is greyed out and not selectable

Resend is greyed out and not selectable

Reprovision is greyed out and not selectable

Lock is greyed out and not selectable
