Hardware Installation
Select the required Hardware appliance type:
a. Hardware Standalone Appliance (Available for Evaluation, see PINsafe Evaluation)
b. Hardware A/A appliances Active/Active appliances providing High Availability with PINsafe
c. Hardware DR appliances Disaster Recovery appliances provide additional authentication servers
Then configure the CMI (Command Management Interface) for basic networking Getting Started Basic CMI configuration
Hardware Standalone Appliance
For the Hardware Appliance Specification see Hardware Appliance Specification
Hardware Standalone Appliance Requirements:
1 U Rack
Power Supply (kettle lead main socket or UPS)
Ethernet, and additional ethernet for DRAC
KVM for initial configuration
Follow the steps for Hardware Appliance Installation
Then configure the CMI (Command Management Interface) for basic networking Getting Started Basic CMI configuration
Hardware A/A appliances

Hardware A/A Appliance Requirements:
1 U Rack each
Power Supply (kettle lead main socket or UPS) each
Each server requires 2 x Ethernet, and additional ethernet for DRAC
KVM for initial configuration
